Clearing 2025 - Terms and Conditions
The following promotion is valid for bookings in Academic Year 2025/26 only.
- Eligibility
- This offer is valid only for new bookers who make a direct booking between 14 August 2025 and 15 September 2025 for the Academic Year 2025/26.
- The offer is applicable only to bookings with a minimum tenancy length of 40 weeks.
- Restrictions
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The offer is non-transferable and does not apply to tenancy takeovers, returning students, bookings under nomination or university referrals.
- If you cancel your booking or arrange a replacement, the offer becomes void.
- Promotion Details
- Eligible bookers will receive a Clearing Pack which includes:
- One-year subscription to Amazon Prime
- Six SimplyCook boxes
- Laundry voucher valued at £60
- Premium bedroom set (duvet, pillows, bedding, towels)
- Kitchen pack (crockery, cutlery set, utensils, pans)
- Eligible bookers will receive a Clearing Pack which includes:

- To redeem the Clearing Pack, enter the promo code CLEARINGPACK in the Promo Code field during booking, or include it in the “Additional Requirements” box.
- This promotion is valid upon completion of check-in and after the first rent instalment or full payment has been received.
- Clearing packs are intended to be issued at check-in; however, please allow up to four weeks for delivery of the packs.
- General
- Student Castle reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer.
- If your booking is for double occupancy, only the lead booker will be eligible for the Clearing Pack.
